求教买房，下了offer， 发现保险公司不提供房屋保险因为open foundation problem

今天刚做了inspection， 有点foundation问题，还没拿到报告。 今天打电话去保险公司想咨询下保险费用，被告知购买的这个房屋有open foundation problem，保险公司不提供房屋保险。

我想terminate contract，但我还能拿回optinol money吗， because the house is uninsurable. 谢谢！
