买家一直不remove inspection contingency是啥情况?

坐标湾区,最近在卖房,房子是两年新的th. 接了一个offer,买家保留了inspection contingency, waive 了其他所有contingency. 我已经按买家要求做了所有repair, 其实一共就3处,花了几块钱那种, 买家的inspector 也确认没问题了,可是买家就是不remove contingency, 已经过了deadline. 请问各位遇到过这种情况吗,这买家是啥目的,我该怎么办才能让买家去掉contingency?

怀疑买家是不是想保留contingency到close, 以确保全程安全

后续: 今天买家签了contingency removal, 但是是subject to request for repair. 我在inspection做完就已经给他们修好了,我的agent 说inspector 只是口头告诉卖家都修好了,没有给他们正式的clearance report. 我的agent 说report 今天晚上会做好发过去,明天让他们签final contingency removal.

既然已经过了deadline,理论上对方应该要么remove contingency要么申请extend deadline,都需要签文件~ 按照我的理解,现在买家如果想退出不买了,只要你们坚持不怂,对方是没法完全拿回deposit的。这件事情上你的agent责任很大,应该及时提前去跟对方沟通,而不是过了deadline还完全不知所措
