坐标湾区，最近在卖房，房子是两年新的th. 接了一个offer，买家保留了inspection contingency, waive 了其他所有contingency. 我已经按买家要求做了所有repair, 其实一共就3处，花了几块钱那种， 买家的inspector 也确认没问题了，可是买家就是不remove contingency, 已经过了deadline. 请问各位遇到过这种情况吗，这买家是啥目的，我该怎么办才能让买家去掉contingency?
怀疑买家是不是想保留contingency到close, 以确保全程安全
后续: 今天买家签了contingency removal, 但是是subject to request for repair. 我在inspection做完就已经给他们修好了，我的agent 说inspector 只是口头告诉卖家都修好了，没有给他们正式的clearance report. 我的agent 说report 今天晚上会做好发过去，明天让他们签final contingency removal.
既然已经过了deadline，理论上对方应该要么remove contingency要么申请extend deadline，都需要签文件~ 按照我的理解，现在买家如果想退出不买了，只要你们坚持不怂，对方是没法完全拿回deposit的。这件事情上你的agent责任很大，应该及时提前去跟对方沟通，而不是过了deadline还完全不知所措
