麻烦请教在湾区住的姐妹们。fremont, milpitas, santa clara, sunnyvale几个地方有什么推荐的吗？最好1.5m一下，我看milpitas房子价格很好，不知道是有什么硬伤所以导致房价还不错吗?谢谢各位啦。
